Can your chemicals be used in purified water or clean steam systems?

No. Our programmes treat utility systems — cooling towers, chillers, plant boilers and RO pre-treatment ahead of purified water generation. Purified water, WFI and clean steam systems are outside our scope.

What documentation do you provide for audits?

Technical data sheet (TDS) and MSDS for every product, COA per batch on request, our ISO 9001:2015 certificate, a written treatment programme and monthly water quality logs.

How do you control Legionella risk in cooling towers?

With alternating biocides so organisms do not adapt, bio-dispersant to break biofilm, and routine microbial monitoring with a defined action level.
