This website, krantiwater.com, is operated by Kranti Water, the water treatment division of Kranti Chemicals (GSTIN 24AAYFK5937C1Z0), with its registered office at 607, Broadway Empire, Near Nilamber Circle, Vasna Bhayli Main Road, Vadodara 391410, Gujarat, India (“Kranti Water”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit krantiwater.com, contact us through it, or use our free water calculators. It is published in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force.

3. Information we collect

Information you choose to send us

• Enquiry form — name, company, phone, email, the system you need help with and your message. Submitting the form opens a pre-filled email in your own email app; nothing reaches us until you send that email.
• Calculator report form — name, company, email, phone (optional) and system type. Your water readings and the PDF report are processed in your browser on your own device. If you choose to submit, a pre-filled email opens so you can send your figures to our technical team.
• WhatsApp, phone and email — anything you share when you message, call or email us, including water analysis reports and plant details.

Information collected automatically — only with your consent

• Website analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, the website that referred you, and clicks on WhatsApp, phone, email and brochure links. We record that a link was clicked, never the content of your message. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Technical information handled by service providers

• To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from cdnjs (Cloudflare). These providers receive your IP address and browser details as part of delivering those files.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial account details or health information through this website.

4. How we use your information

• To reply to enquiries and prepare quotations, technical proposals and water analysis reports.
• To supply products and services, arrange deliveries, invoice and provide after-sales technical support.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it (only with analytics consent).
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

5. Consent and your choices

You give us information voluntarily when you contact us. Analytics cookies are off until you choose Accept analytics in the cookie notice. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

• Within Kranti Chemicals — the team handling your enquiry, supply or support.

• Logistics partners — delivery name, address and phone number when we ship your order.
• Authorities — where we are required to by law, court order or a lawful request from a government agency.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies listed below, and only after you accept analytics. The site works fully without them.

Your cookie choice itself is saved in your browser's local storage under kw_consent for 12 months, so we don't ask on every page. It is not sent to us. Until you choose, Google Analytics runs in a consent mode that sets no cookies.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiry and business correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve you and for the periods required by tax, accounting and commercial law. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Security

We follow reasonable security practices to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration or loss, and limit access to people who need it for their work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending information you consider confidential through open channels.

10. Your rights
